Today, is Day 77 of the Tiffany Johnson Creative #100daysartplay challenge. It is the last day of using the prompt of "crayons". I have found this week a challenge in itself as crayons are not my choice of medium to work with.
For this make, I used some tape to hold the base card in place on a board and then placed it at an angle. I used my heat gun to melt the crayons so that the colours ran down the page. The crayons I used normal kids "Crayola" crayons", uisng yellow, green, blue, orange and purple colours.
While the wax coloured drips were setting, I cut a piece of card and stamped the saying "Free your imagination" sentiment which is part of a Visible Image stamp set by the same name, stamped in Versafine Clair "Fantasia" purple/blue ink. I added double sided sticky tape to the back and stuck over the wax drips. I then mounted the piece on white card.
A fabulous and most colourful fun technique x
