My second make of the day, this time using Sweet Poppy Stencils and stamps.
Starting with a piece of white card, I secured the Sweet Poppy Stencil "Harmony Backplate" stencil over the top of the card with a piece of low tack tape. I then used three shades of Ranger Archival Inks through the stencil with a blending brush, using Prickly Pear, Leaf Green and Cornflower Blue, fading the colours out towards the edges of the card.
I removed the stencil and replaced it with another Sweet Poppy Stencil, sorry I don't know the name of it, but the reference number is SP1-269 and is designed by Tracey Dutton of Lavinia Stamps for Sweet Poppy, anyway, once secured in position, I used "Cobalt" dark blue Ranger Archival Ink through the stencil, applied with a blending brush.
Finally, I added the finishing touches, stamping the sentiment (part of the Sweet Poppy "Hugs & Kisses" stamp set), stamped in Ranger Archival Ink "Cobalt" dark blue ink. Adding a few dots of white Ranger "Enamel Accents" for a bit of dimension.
Stunning Sam xx
