Today I have been using a wood mounted stamp by Penny Black inc. It's an old stamp, dated 1995 and is called "Calla Lilies - 282K".
I stamped the image using a fade our ink and then coloured it using Derwent Inktense water colour pencils, applied with a brush. I added some pencil detail and also used a white gel pen to highlight areas.
The sentiment, is part of a Simon Says Stamp set called "Tiny Words - Encouragement", stamped in Versafine Clair "Shady Lane" green ink. Around the edge of the card, I used a blending brush with "Bundled Sage" Distress Oxide Ink.

DeleteSuch a beautiful vase of cala lilies Sam and the softly added brushed ink around the edges looks so pretty. It's good to use some older images sometimes, they have their place too. x
