Copper coloured foil over a starfish stamped image on a Distress Oxide Ink background of "Victorian Velvet" shade of ink.  The stamp is part of the Funky Fossil "Starfish Wishes" stamp set.  I used the Funky Fossil "Small Print" stamp set for the sentiment, also stamped in "Victorian Velvet" Distress Oxide Inks.
