Today, I have used my Prima Confections Watercolour pans from thier "Tropical" collection, with a paint brush through the Visible Image "Entwined Butterflies" stencil to make this vibrant background for the card.
The sentiment is stamped in Versafine Clair "Monarch" and using the Visible Image stamp set called "Express Yourself".
