Another month and another challenge prompt from Lavinia Stamps, where you have a chance of winning £40 of vouchers to spend on their site.
For May 2019 the prompt is "Make It Bright" - so I did!
I used a selection of Distress Oxides for the background: Squeezed Lemonade, Twisted Citron, Salty Ocean, Carved Pumpkin, Picked Raspberry and Mermaid Lagoon.
Everything was stamped in various shades of Versafine Clair Ink: Nocturne, Morning Mist, Tulip Red and Glamorous.
I stamped by stamping the crow "Drake" then added the "Star Burst" for Drake to stand on. I added the trailing "Willow" and "Wild Vines". To finish, I added touches of white highlight areas with a Signo Pen and some colour to the Star Burst using Sakura Gelly Roll pens.
You created a dramatic bold scene Samantha, love the background colours against the black vines and fabulous crow

DeleteFabulous background but love the crow-the one my grandaughters rescued last Summer had some kind of fit and dies on Monday -shame we got him really tame and could hand feed him
