Yesterday, I had a session in the kitchen making cakes and ice cream. I made two bar cakes, chocolate chip cookie ice cream, mincemeat pastries and mince meat ice cream. I also cooked and sieved raspberries to make raspberry ripple ice cream which I will finish making today.
You have been so busy, I make ice cream, but very few cakes as hubby is diabetic and can't stop at one. They all sound delicious
ReplyDeleteThanks Meg. I love baking, the things I make are pretty basic, but are not too bad. I made the raspberry ripple ice cream today and that is very good. I think I put too much of the raspberry in, but it suits my taste buds x
ReplyDeleteAll looks delicious -I used to bake all the time and even made birthday and wedding cakes to order--leave the baking to grandaughters now lol
