The Eye Wreath Tag

This card is made up of odds and ends that were in my off-cuts box, so I decided to put them together into an eye wreath.  The sentiment is from a Paper Artsy set. other wise it's just segments of stamped faces and punched foliage on a Stampin' Up "Swirly Scribbles" die cut wreath.
