Further playing with tags this afternoon resulted in this tag. For some reason (possibly the shade of green) it makes me feel that it has an Irish vibe to it.

The background is a Hexagon Script  produced by Creative Expressions.  I can't remember who produced the face & hat. I know it came on red rubber & I had to put them on EZ Mount some years ago.  The two banner stamps are from a Stampin' Up set called "Perfect Penants".
