This morning I have made a birthday card using a couple of Sweet Poppy Stencils.
I used the Sweet Poppy "Plaid Back Plate" with "Shadow Grey" Archival Ink, fading the colour out to the edges.
I then positioned the Sweet Poppy "Oriental Cherry Blossom" stencil over the top and used the following shades of Archival Ink through the stencil, applied with blending brushes: Vivid Chartreuse, Pink Peony, Fern Green, Vibrant Fuchsia and Violet.
For the middle of the flowers, I used a green pastel pencils,
Using Versafine Clair "Morning Mist" grey ink, I stamped the sentiment, which is part of the Sweet Poppy "Autumn Leaves" stamp set.
Finally, I added some dots of Ranger white "Enamel Accents" for extra detail.
Love your choice of colours and stencils Sam
