I started by stamping the wavy border using a Versafine Clair ink called "Charming Pink".
Using a stencil and low-tack tape, I first coloured the hearts with a Distress Oxide Ink in the shade of "Spun Sugar" and then with the Versafine Clair "Charming Pink" ink as I wanted the hearts to be softer than the border but to still have a bit of depth too.
Using the same "Border and Sentiment" stamp set, I stamped the sentiment and the arrow. Finally, using the same Versafine Clair Ink in "Charming Pink", I stamped the word "Love" in the middle of the heart. The "Love" sentiment is part of a Visible Image stamp set called "Bloom and Grow",
A lovely card Sam. My friend loves near the Krafty Kabin so next time I go to stay with her I will pop in there and look at these stamps. They look very useful.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much. I wish I lived near the Kraft Kabin shop. I don't have one in my area, so I'm reliant on on-line purchases x
